Arcam - novo leitor DVD com 1080p e Receptor AV com HDMI

Já há algum tempo que a Arcam não anuncia novidades no mundo AV, isto a julgar pelos padrões japoneses, no entanto parace que vêm aí novos produtos, o leitor DVD DiVA DV137 com upscaling 1080p e o Receptor AV DiVA AVR350 com funcionalidades HDMI.

No final do mês de Abril espera-se a divulgação oficial.

For starters, when it comes to sheer power it delivers 7 x 100W, with all channels driven simultaneously. As for its HD capabilities, it carries both HDTV-standard HDMI and HDTV-standard component switching, with video upconversion available to HDMI, component and RGB.

Elsewhere the receiver offers second-room/zone output for audio and video plus RS232 for system control and install integration. As for the receiver's sound quality, it benefits from all manner of audiophile fluorishes, including:

* Arcam's proprietary 'Mask of Silence' technology to improve the top-end clarity
* High performance Burr-Brown OP2134 op amps for the pre-amp stage, in circuits taken from Arcam's range-topping AVP700 pre-amp/processor
* 6th and 7th channels which are assignable to the front left and right for bi-amplifying suitable speakers, or to zone 2

* OSCON electrolytic capacitors and double-sided fibreglass circuit boards

* Multi-channel 7.1 analogue input for DVD-A and SACD sources
