Problemas Tv phillps serie 6xx7, 7xx7 and 8xx7 series ( 2011/ 2012 models)

Como se devem ter apercebido num topico ao lado existe uma serie de bugs nas tvs phillips de 2012, como pessoalmentte nao tenho nenhuma tv phillips, resolvi abrir este topico, esperando que a visibildade do forum possa trazer ajuda para todos os utilizadores que adquiriram essa marca.

Os maiores problemas serao a imcompatibilidade (hdmi handshake) com outros aparelhos por hdmi, nomeadamente receptores av, media players, entre outros.

IMPORTANT: After upgrading your TV, it is necessary to perform a "cold start": after the TV is running again (after the update), shut down the TV, wait 2 minutes (till all components are shut down), unplug the TV from the mains (pull power cord) for a few minutes before starting again.
- WARNING: Never downgrade from 133.x.x. back to 108.8.x! Version 132.5.1 contains a new Standby-Software which is not compatible with the firmware 108.8 (108.8 does not contain the old Standby-Software). If you downgrade, your TV won't start anymore and you need a service intervention!

Note:Once the software upgrade is complete, you need to disconnect the power cable from the
power outlet. Wait one minute then reconnect it. After that you can start your TV in the usual way.

Mas isso podera nao resultar e eu desaconselho..... mas aconselho a trocares de tv o mais rapido possivel..sabes la com quantos mais aparelhos vai ser incompativel ? ate com hdmi de pcs e´imcompativel le os topicos dos forums...

I really wonder if you read the topics. The behavior described above is the LPCM bug I mentioned since 132.5.3 fw. The 6xx7 and up series simply does not understand LPCM sound. I tested this with several mediaplayers and this is a fact. Stop asking people to change settings in their mediaplayers. The TV is the culprit. Better ask your guys who develop the firmware to fix this asap.
One more thing: this is an undeniable reason to return as faulty any Philips TV 2012 model from the series 6xx7 up and to ask for a refund.

Issues concerning the 2012 series are scattered all over the forum. I will try to add theme here because in my opinion they are firmware related. Also I am creating alist of all the bugs I encountered in this topic or others in order to give clarity to Philips in what they need to solve:

O x3 foi o único aparelho que me deu este tipo de problemas, já liguei x360 ps3 e inclusive o tvix e deu tudo perfeito, que foi o que sempre achei mais estranho, o tvix dar o som e o x3 não. Mas tenho de arranjar uma solução, arranjei uma mas também falhou, tenho uns auscultadores surround turtle beach da 360, liguei o x3 por cabo óptico aos fones, o som deu perfeito, mas notava um ligeiro delay entre o som e o filme.

Com essa respostas a incompatibilidade esta nos hdmi.
@nuno lamento que nao tenhas tido sorte na tv, e' muito lixado comprar uma tv de 55" e ter problemas, vê por ti próprio o fórum phillips, a xtreamer, o Av pioneer, a apple tv todos tiveram e continuaram a ter, eu já coloquei no fórum mede8er a informação e já há muito que eles sabiam da existência do bug mesmo no x2, agora e' com a phillips e o firmware a lançar.

Tenta upgrades de firmware na phillips pode ser que te safes.
E se nao expuseres o teu caso no fórum phillips eles nao o resolvem.

update: um grande update de firmware deve vir para as tvs philips a meio de outubro segundo este post.

Esta situaçao de problemas com tvs esta a acontecer devido a uma reestruturaçao global no departamento IT da phillips, segundo as paginas nos links mencionados acima.

De acordo com este post a phillips vai resover o bug do lpcm no proximo firmware e deve resover o bug do som com media players.

tambem pedi no forum mede8er que a opçao de RAW output seja implementada no novo firmware do med1000x3D (como o micca tem) o que poderia resolver este bug sem necessitar do firmware da philips....( seguindo as directrizes de uma dica de um user do forum no mesmo topico ) mas as faixas de audio nos filmes em 5.1 tambem nao funcionariam.

a terceira opçao era um receptor av (evitar pionner + phillips) + speakers esquecendo o som da tv.

interessante de ler , o que estes utlizadores teem sofrido com estes bugs.

o video mostra como o menu e´mal implementado sem shortcuts associados.

e da pagina 5 do mesmo topico anterior o judder da phillips....ouchhh

ainda nao li o topico todo, mas nao se sabe se o problemas e´hardware ou software... a philips fechou-se em copas.

olhem para o lado direito da imagem e vejam o efeito das barras, chama-se HDNM judder pelos vistos.

ps: isto parece uma cruzada contra a philips, mas nao e´bom nos mantermos informados, isto que sao modelos de LED na ordem do 1500€, abri o topico por causa do bug do som e fui encontrar mais do que estava a espera como este judder.
A philips nao informa se e´hardware ou software e o problema nao desaparece sozinho.

espero que vos seja mais util do que foi a mim, que nao tenho tv philips...mas o teste DSE vou faze-lo na samsung
